Parked at side of the road near rail station and walked to viaduct. The day was windy and very cold.Did not stay long but it was very impressive and majestic.

Great walks. Spectacular structure. Plenty of parking, but looks like could get busy outside of the off-season so get there early. Pub nearby and the rail station.

This 150 year old train viaduct can be seen from the road, but recommend parking in the large laybys and taking at least the brief 10 minute walk to see it up close (or continuing on for a longer walk).
There are 2-3 large laybys to park in, though it could be slightly tricky when backing up as it will be onto the main road.
The path there is a mostly flat gravel path, and seemed to be very dog friendly.

Stunning place surrounded by lovely views. Only a short walk so accessible to kids and the elderly. The more adventurous could walk up Whernside which is directly behind it. Pub back on the road. Plenty of free parking nearby.

What is not to love about seeing this. Lots of walks including the mighty Whernside and some flatter ones which are equally as beautiful. In the summer the most amazing ice cream van. Have to park along the roadside but then so does everyone as parking is limited.

Beautiful walk (crawl😂) up Whernside in a circle back to the car parked at the viaduct 😁
